The Bethlehem Palette Club invited me to teach a life drawing workshop last Saturday 3/27. It was an intense day and we covered a lot. Great group of artists! Thanks again to everyone!
George Thompson is a nationally recognized, award-winning fine artist known for his portrait, figure and landscape work. His paintings are part of many prominent collections. He has exhibited at the Woodmere Museum in Philadelphia, The Art Students League in New York and The Philadelphia Sketch Club. In addition, he had over 30 of his figure and portrait paintings on view at The Trenton State Museum at Ellarslie Mansion in New Jersey. He has been featured in The Artist's Magazine numerous times and has had portraits featured on their covers. Thompson also works as an editorial illustrator with work appearing in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine and many other publications. Thompson runs weekly life drawing and painting sessions and teaches workshops.
